To the fullest extent permitted by law, JRG Roofing Services Inc. dba Rescue Roofer shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, incidental, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services or communication channels, including any issues stemming from third-party SMS gateways or AI communication platforms.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and defined following the laws of the State of California. JRG Roofing Services Inc. and yourself irrevocably consent that the courts of Orange County, California shall have exclusive jurisdiction to resolve any dispute which may arise in connection with these terms.
