FAQ

Everything you need to know before calling — or a good reason to call sooner.

Emergency & Response

For dire emergencies, we guarantee a 1-hour arrival window anywhere in Orange County. For priority service situations, we arrive within 2–4 hours. Our Warehouse on Wheels is fully stocked, so we arrive ready to work immediately.

Active water intrusion, storm damage with exposed decking, structural compromises (sagging or collapsed sections), or any situation where your home's contents are at immediate risk of water damage.

Yes. Roofing emergencies don't follow business hours, and neither do we. Call 1-888-346-7663 at any hour for emergency response.

Our service vehicles carry a full inventory of the most commonly needed roofing materials and tools. This means when we arrive at your property, we can often complete the emergency repair in a single visit rather than making multiple trips.

Repairs & Inspections

Our proprietary inspection covers four areas: Interior, Attic, Rooftop, and Surroundings. You receive a 6–7 page written report with annotated photographs.

We always assess honestly. Our Roofing Advisor will walk you through the inspection findings and recommend repair or restoration if that will meaningfully extend your roof's life.

Restoration involves cleaning, repairing, and repainting existing roofing material — extending its life by 5–15 years at a fraction of replacement cost. Replacement means removing existing material and installing entirely new roofing.

The Rescue Roofer Difference

T.E.A.M. is Rescue Roofer's proprietary training and quality assurance program. Every technician completes our rigorous certification covering technical skills, customer communication, safety protocols, and quality standards.

Most contractors use felt paper underlayment because it's cheap. We use synthetic underlayment exclusively — significantly better moisture resistance, doesn't absorb water, and lasts as long as the roof itself.

An annual maintenance plan for homeowners and commercial clients. Members receive an annual 4-Phase inspection, priority scheduling, and a 30% discount on emergency repair fees.

Pricing & Process

Yes. All estimates are free, with no obligation. Our Roofing Advisor will assess your situation, explain all options, and provide a transparent quote.
